Who we are
Mental Health Training UK (mentalhealthtraining.uk) is an independent information and booking service for mental health training in the UK. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or register interest in a course, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation, location and message. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information from visitors who simply browse the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the advice or quote you asked for
- To connect you with a suitable accredited trainer — we share only what's needed to arrange your training, and we'll tell you when we do
- To let you know about course dates you've asked to hear about
We do not sell your information, and we won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your request) and keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the enquiry form and we'll act promptly.
Third parties
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and enquiry emails are delivered via a transactional email service. Both process data on our behalf under their own compliance frameworks. When we connect you with a partner trainer, they become responsible for the information they receive from that point, and we choose partners who take that seriously.
